What is it?
Level One is a serviced office facility with business centres in Galway Technology Park Parkmore and Liosbán Business Park, Galway, providing fully-furnished and IT-equipped office suites teamed with a full-time receptionist.
Other services available are the virtual
office and hot desking, suitable for those who just require call management and
a professional base to work from occasionally.
Level One provides any sized company with as much or as little office space as required on flexible terms. There are no confusing commercial-lease agreements and none of the commitments required with long-term contracts. There are no costly and time consuming overheads to arrange and manage - everything is done for you and all for less than the cost of a receptionist.
Who's behind it?
Managing director Linda Burke founded Level One Liosbán in 2005 and following the success of this business centre, Burke then opened Level One's Parkmore base in 2007. Having worked as a property manager for a number of years, Burke found that with the number of start-up companies rapidly rising, businesses were looking for an alternative to large office rentals tying them to long leases when their business were at such a tender stage and the future uncertain.
Burke says: "I soon realised that there was a demand for small, fitted office suites that had the support of an operational reception, so people could get on with running their business in a professional environment"
Financial situation?
Level One is fully financed by Linda Burke who independently financed the refurbishment of these office units into smaller office spaces, meeting rooms, boardrooms and reception areas. The company's turnover has increased threefold with the introduction of their Parkmore base.
Future plans?
Level One plans to expand its service, offering office space in Dublin in the upcoming months.
