Round Up: Bank of Scotland Ireland to close Halifax units
Bank of Scotland Ireland is to shed 750 of its staff and close down its Halifax retail units across the country, according to a statement released by the company. None of the redundancies are scheduled to take place in the next three months but most are planned to be completed between the end of May and July this year.
