Dublin based financial software group Norkom Group saw revenues rise 3% to €49.3m while profit before taxation rose to €7.45m this year compared to €4.9m in 2009.

Round Up: TVC gross returns up
Investment holding company, TVC Holdings saw gross returns on its portfolio rise by €30.4m in the year to the end of March 2010. This was driven by the increase in value of the company's quoted investments, Norkom and UTV. TVC achieved a profit before tax of €28.3m, compared to a loss of €66.2m in 2009.
Round Up: Zurich to create 120 new jobs
International insurance group Zurich is to create a further 120 new jobs in Ireland this year on top of the 120 it has created here since the end of 2008. This will bring the total number employed by the company in Ireland to 1,100.
